Drag one finger and Nimbus follows. Rest over a thirsty plant and it rains. Every plant drinks at its own pace: water it when its thirst peaks to build a combo, refill at the lake before the tank runs dry, and keep the rain off the laundry, the picnic and anything else that would rather stay dry.
